These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Contractor") and MeraPayment Solutions Pvt Ltd.

Services & Usage
MeraPayment provides a digital platform for labour attendance management, invoicing, and payment assurance. You agree to use the service only for lawful business purposes related to construction and labour management.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

Liveness Verification & Privacy
To ensure accuracy and prevent fraud, MeraPayment utilizes camera-based liveness verification for attendance marking. By using this feature, you consent to the collection and processing of biometric data for verification purposes.
Verification Policy
Only verified individuals present at the geo-fenced site location can be marked as 'Present'. Attempts to bypass verification may result in account suspension.

Plans, Payments & Billing
Usage of the MeraPayment platform requires an active subscription. Subscription pricing varies based on the user role.
Contractor Plan
- Monthly Plan: ₹100 per active labour per month.
- Contractors are billed monthly based on the number of active labourers linked to their account.
- No annual plan is available for contractors.
Labour Plan
- Monthly Plan: ₹100 per month.
- Annual Plan: ₹1,000 per year.
Billing & Payments
- Subscription charges must be paid in advance to keep the account active.
- If a subscription expires or payment is not received, access to platform services may be suspended until the subscription is renewed.
- Subscription fees are non-refundable once payment has been successfully processed, except where required by applicable law.

Legal Escalation Support
MeraPayment offers assistance in recovering overdue payments through our Legal Escalation workflow. While we provide tools for generating legal notices and facilitating dispute resolution, MeraPayment acts as an intermediary and does not guarantee payment recovery.
Users must provide accurate invoice and work data to utilize the escalation features. False claims may lead to termination of services.

Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms, fraudulent activity, or non-payment of service fees.
